- Act as a key contributor to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
- Foster a business partnering mindset within the Finance & Operations team, leading and inspiring team members.
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to implement a culture of revenue growth management.
- Enhance regional performance by actively participating in the Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Regional Finance & Operations Community.
- Lead the Finance Function to meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
- Manage working capital by establishing Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence to ensure smooth Finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
- Develop and implement policies to strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead the FP&A Team in company budget control and management.
- Ensure effective execution of business planning functions and implementation of new tools.
- Oversee the Supply Chain Team to enhance demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Conduct regular KPI meetings with 3PL for effective warehouse and delivery management.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary Finance and Operation strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
- Contribute to monthly and ad hoc Management meetings and Business Reviews.
- Proven track record in a finance leadership role within a multicultural and matrixed organization.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
- Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, including treasury, internal audit, and tax.
- Ability to lead continuous process improvements and enhance team agility.
- Proficiency in building trusted business relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably within a multicultural and matrixed organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
