1. Contribute to the MHT Executive Committee/Leadership team, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
2. Drive company strategy consistent with Moët Hennessy goals and strengthen organizational performance.
3. Lead the Finance Function to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
4. Manage working capital, establish and monitor Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
6. Lead the FP&A Team in company budget control and management.
7. Oversee the Supply Chain Team to enhance demand planning and inventory forecasting.
8. Work with the Executive Committee to align financial strategies with business objectives.
9. Serve as the primary Finance and Operation strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.

1. Strong track record in a finance leadership role in a multicultural environment.
2. Experience in financial and management accounting, including accounting and control, treasury, internal audit, tax, budgeting, capital structuring, and financial modeling.
3. Ability to lead continuous improvements in processes and strengthen team agility.
4. Strong commercial acumen and business planning skills.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
