1. Actively contribute to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
2. Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
3. Lead the Finance Function to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
4. Manage working capital and oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence to ensure smooth Finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
6. Develop and implement policies for internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
7. Lead the FP&A Team in budgeting, business planning, and analysis.
8. Oversee the Supply Chain Team to enhance demand planning and inventory forecasting.
9. Ensure alignment of financial strategies with company objectives alongside the Executive Committee.
10. Serve as the primary Finance and Operations strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.

1. Strong track record in finance leadership roles within a multicultural and matrixed environment.
2. Proven commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
3. Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, tax, budgeting, and financial modeling.
4. Ability to lead process improvements and enhance team agility.
5. Capability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and collaboration.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Agility and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
4. Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role.
