- Actively contribute to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
- Lead the Finance Function to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
- Manage working capital and oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence to ensure smooth Finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
- Develop and implement policies for internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead the FP&A Team in budgeting, business planning, and analysis.
- Oversee the Supply Chain Team to enhance demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Ensure alignment of financial strategies with company objectives alongside the Executive Committee.
- Serve as the primary Finance and Operations strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
- Strong track record in finance leadership roles within a multicultural and matrixed environment.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
- Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, tax, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to lead process improvements and enhance team agility.
- Capability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and collaboration.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Agility and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role.
