1. Assist in the preparation, management, and organization of all events within hospitality spaces.
2. Serve as the primary operational contact for event stakeholders, including external service providers and internal departments.
3. Oversee service, logistics, and production aspects of events, ensuring alignment with the guest experience under the guidance of the Hospitality & Events Manager.
4. Manage budget tracking and invoicing in collaboration with the group's accounting department.
5. Maintain inventory and manage the cellar.
6. Foster connections with the Events and Hospitality community across all houses.

1. Enrollment in a business school or hospitality management program.
2. Fluency in French and proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
