1. Assist the Private Clients Experience Manager Europe in organizing and executing client experiences and events, including prestigious occasions like Goodwood, Vendanges, and the Monaco Grand Prix.
2. Support the coordination of client events at various Moët Hennessy locations, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relations.
3. Facilitate the execution of client experiences such as lunches, dinners, and cocktails to achieve the highest standards.
4. Manage the digital CRM tool 'Engage' to process orders and maintain the database.
5. Animate the MH Private EMEA community on the 'Inside Private' intranet by sharing best practices, studies, and upcoming offers.
6. Assist in deploying 'client consent' and 'compliance' campaigns.
7. Develop dashboards and KPIs to drive business performance in Europe.

1. Prior experience in luxury client services, hospitality, or concierge services is advantageous.
2. Client Experience oriented profile.

Beginner level experience in luxury or client services is preferred.

The apprenticeship offers a structured alternation schedule of either 3 weeks in the company and 1 week in school, or 4 days in the company and 1 day in school.
