Moët Hennessy Executive Assistant to Managing Director

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and ad hoc support to other members of the Leadership Team.
- Proactively manage the Managing Director’s diary, schedule, travel arrangements, expenses, and other requirements.
- Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and events led by the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Managing Director’s office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and assist with report compilation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Managing Director.
- Conduct regular stock takes of wine and spirit inventory, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with LVMH UK Fashion Press offices for styling arrangements at key events.
- Build and manage a network of internal and external contacts.
- Proactively generate innovative ideas for team building and internal engagement.
- Support the Managing Director in business agenda and annual planning.
- Manage team life events such as Monthly Employee Birthday Breakfasts and Company Conferences.
- Coordinate market visits of VIPs and business reviews with Maisons.
- Track the General Management budget.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role supporting a Senior Executive.
- Commercial and financial understanding.
- Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
- Integrity and trust, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Outstanding organizational skills, delivering at pace.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with assertiveness and gravitas.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of workload in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive, with anticipation, planning, and a self-starter attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role supporting a Senior Executive.
