1. Coordinate and execute internal and external events within hospitality spaces at 142 rue du Bac, Paris.
2. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders (general services, support functions, Maisons) and external partners (suppliers, guests).
3. Manage service, logistics, and production aspects of events, ensuring coherence in guest experience under the supervision of the Hospitality & Events Manager.
4. Assist in the preparation, management, and organization of events, including setup and guest reception.
5. Act as the primary operational contact for event participants, including external providers, chefs, and hostesses.
6. Oversee budgetary and administrative tasks, including budget tracking and invoicing in coordination with the group's accounting department.
7. Maintain inventory and manage the wine cellar.
8. Foster community and create connections among Events and Hospitality managers across all Maisons.
