1. Coordinate internal and external events at hospitality spaces located at 142 rue du Bac, Paris.
2. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including general services, support functions, suppliers, partners, and guests.
3. Manage service, logistics, and production aspects of events, ensuring a cohesive guest experience under the guidance of the Hospitality & Events Manager.
4. Assist in the preparation, management, and organization of events within hospitality spaces.
5. Serve as the primary operational contact for event participants, including external service providers, chefs, and hostesses.
6. Oversee budget management and invoicing in direct collaboration with the group's accounting department.
7. Monitor inventory and manage the wine cellar.
8. Foster connections within the Events and Hospitality community across all Maisons.

1. Enrollment in a business school or hospitality training program.

Transportation reimbursement at 75%, meal vouchers at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
