- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Lead data analytics and visualization initiatives for eBusiness, collaborating with IT teams to implement business requirements.
- Coordinate macro sizing and study phases with stakeholders.
- Gather detailed requirements for dashboards from business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for IT teams.
- Own and manage the data product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing tasks based on complexity and importance.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to monitor development progress.
- Validate technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Present finalized dashboards to stakeholders and provide user training to ensure adoption.
- Lead technical implementation and maintenance of dashboards in PowerBI and Qlik.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency in dashboards.
- Monitor data quality and adhere to data governance standards.
- Identify new initiatives with business owners to assess opportunities and estimate value.
- Collaborate with business owners and product managers to align the product roadmap with the product vision.
- Create key deliverables such as presentations for eBusiness Steering committees.
- Fluency in English and French with strong written communication skills.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Product Management, Data Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Data Visualization.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and SQL.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience with PowerBI and/or Qlik.
- Familiarity with matrixial company structures and decision-making processes.
- Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with autonomy and proactive initiative.
- Creative and collaborative with diplomatic resilience and an appetite for change.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
