Moët Hennessy E-Retail Activation Manager

- Develop and manage annual eRetail activation calendars in collaboration with Marketing, Maisons, and Key Account Management, aligning brand strategy with commercial activations and client needs.
- Enhance brand activation quality on product pages and media campaigns through impactful content to boost brand desirability and buyer conversion.
- Conduct activation reviews, providing insights and key recommendations for internal sharing within MH France and the Global eBusiness team.
- Oversee eRetail budget management, defining brand and eRetailer budget needs, and collaborating with Marketing to monitor the budget throughout the year.
- Share internal benchmarks and best practices for eRetail within the category.
- Create and update content for Amazon product pages, A+ content, and brand stores to optimize client engagement and visibility during key periods.
- Act as the media agency and Global eBusiness team contact for media campaign management and performance analysis.
- Supervise the adoption of global MH e-Retail kits in the French market, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and marketing messages.
- Champion local content management systems such as ECAP, AIR, and GRIP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Marketing and/or E-commerce.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Trade Marketing eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and media KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for impact.
- Proven experience in collaborating with agencies for content creation and media campaign deployment.
- Fluent in English.
- Consumer-centric mindset with an innovative approach and a Test & Learn methodology.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and interact with diverse stakeholders at various levels within a matrix organization.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Marketing and/or E-commerce.
The position offers a hybrid working model and is based in Courbevoie, transitioning to Levallois-Perret by the end of summer.
