- Lead a portfolio-wide trade marketing team with a focus on consumer and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement new models of trade marketing in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Translate brand strategy into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines.
- Create core brand commercial program ideas, including consumer insights and distribution strategies.
- Engage and manage third-party agencies for material creation and event execution.
- Overhaul and optimize POSM approach and investment.
- Define annual planning milestones and lead stakeholders through deliverables.
- Oversee internal resources platform and ensure data integrity.
- Manage warehousing relationships and budgets with third-party agencies.
- Support portfolio activities and manage calendarization of major events.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments.
- Strong business and commercial strategy experience.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol and three-tier system.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- High-level project management capabilities.
- Enterprise thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- Ability to challenge norms and create efficient models.
- Strategic and detailed-oriented leadership.

Minimum 10 years of marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, luxury environments, or subchannels.
