- Lead a portfolio-wide Trade Marketing Team with a focus on consumer and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement new models of trade marketing in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Translate brand strategies into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines.
- Create core brand commercial program concepts, including materials that incorporate consumer insights and distribution strategies.
- Overhaul the POSM approach and create strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the creation of Promo Pack resources and oversee system management of internal resources platforms.
- Support portfolio activities, including major brand events and executive leadership engagements.
- Lead onboarding and development of new team members in commercial marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, particularly within consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol industry and familiarity with the three-tier system.
- Strategic and innovative thinking with the ability to propose efficient solutions.
- Strong business and commercial strategy experience.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, luxury environments, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
