- Lead the downstream S&OP and Replenishment teams, driving vision and purpose to align with company and departmental goals.
- Drive performance excellence in planning and execution through ambitious objectives and progress tracking.
- Manage a team of 8, ranging from Analyst to Senior Manager, focusing on talent development through coaching and training.
- Recruit top-tier talent for Moët Hennessy USA and LVMH.
- Foster a collaborative supply chain mindset, optimizing global supply chain decisions and actions.
- Enhance integration with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with key distributors.
- Lead the collaborative S&OP process with distributors, ensuring alignment on sell-through forecasts.
- Oversee machine-learning forecast generation and collaborate with the data science team for model improvement.
- Direct the replenishment team to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer communication.
- Manage sell-in execution and distributor inventory levels, coordinating with the Finance Planning team.
- Implement performance reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of MH global Integrated Business Planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through automation and IT system evolution.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in a luxury or wine & spirits industry.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes.
- Successful track record in leading and developing teams.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate and balance stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Adaptability to new ideas and procedures, with experience in leading transformation initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in systems and processes, with problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
- Working knowledge of French is advantageous.
