- Coordinate the receipt, validation, and processing of orders, ensuring timely execution aligned with the sales plan.
- Collaborate with warehouse and carriers to define shipping conditions and monitor product shipping processes, ensuring compliance with delivery dates.
- Administer and supervise the EDI connection for accurate data transmission.
- Manage and control inventory, verifying product availability in collaboration with the sales team to minimize shortages and excesses.
- Identify and propose improvements in operational processes to streamline timelines and reduce costs.
- Process orders in Vendor Central and ZEDE/SAP.
- Verify ASINs, EANs, and SKUs per order before transmission.
- Manage shortage reports for Marketplace platforms.
- Create, manage, and review disputes related to discrepancies in quantities.
- Verify and process invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with Finance/Controlling to ensure correct allocation of FTT and budget compliance.
- Manage chargebacks and deductions.
- Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Build relationships with Logistics and Commercial teams, as well as partner teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 5th semester or higher in relevant studies.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
- Excel proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
- Stock and sales analysis capabilities.
- Trend analysis skills.
Beginner level experience in digital marketing or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
