Moët Hennessy Demand Planning Analyst

- Lead the demand and supply planning process for Estates & Wines and Other Spirits to ensure accurate stock availability at the supplier level.
- Conduct monthly reviews of depletions forecasts with commercial teams.
- Support monthly forecast and supply review meetings with Estates & Wines and Other Spirits Brands.
- Monitor inventory levels for each province and brand/SKU.
- Load shipment forecasts into APO and align forecasts with financial budgets and quotas.
- Improve sales forecast accuracy to maintain process consistency over a rolling three-month period.
- Monitor new product phase-in and phase-out, consulting with Sales, Marketing, and the production Maison for Canadian launches.
- Refine demand planning methodology by product, month, and province.
- Streamline communication with stakeholders regarding High Value products.
- Manage commitments, allocations, and assess risks and opportunities in all markets.
- Organize internal quarterly Supply and Operations meetings with regional marketing teams.
- Provide monthly shipment estimates to the FP&A team for reporting to Moët Hennessy.
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations
- Diligence, accuracy, and robust analytical skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Wine & Spirits Business is an asset
- Understanding of business systems such as SAP APO, XRM, Power BI
1-2 years of successful experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain.
Graduate degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations.
