Moët Hennessy Demand Planner

- Monitor and enhance forecast accuracy through historical data analysis, market trend evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and mitigate slow-moving and obsolete inventory, optimizing inventory turnover.
- Generate insightful reports for sales and marketing teams on demand trends and product performance.
- Serve as a backup for demand planning activities in BNL markets, managing tools and generating forecasts as needed.
- Coordinate copacking activities to ensure timely production and delivery according to customer specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product master files, including SKU attributes and pricing.
- Oversee order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers for on-time delivery.
- Handle customer return requests, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure efficient processing.
- Support customer service teams with delivery inquiries, liaising with logistics providers to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate product information.
- Assist in pricing activities and support sales and marketing teams with pricing analysis.
- Manage vendor and material master data in SAP or similar systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Oversee the timely opening of new SKUs in SAP and Aspire, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain and Demand Planning roles.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Hybrid working model with the option for home office two days per week.
