- Assist the Global Data Privacy Officer in APAC to monitor compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR and APAC-specific regulations.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the company's data protection and governance framework, including privacy policies and data breach management.
- Administrate the Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) review process for regulatory compliance.
- Organize and prepare materials for training sessions on data protection laws and regulations.
- Handle customer data privacy inquiries and requests, coordinating with internal teams.
- Conduct research on emerging data privacy laws and provide summaries to the Global DPO.
- Assist with the annual review of data privacy and protection internal control processes.
- Support privacy committee duties, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain quality assurance documentation for data protection laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in data privacy and protection.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles and regulations, such as GDPR, is a plus.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data privacy compliance modules on OneTrust is a plus.
Beginner level experience in data privacy or related fields.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, Political Science, or a related discipline.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in data privacy compliance, develop insights into data privacy legislation across APAC, and enhance business acumen through exposure to Moët Hennessy's operations.
