1. Participate in data extraction and automation of business processes related to internal control and audit using tools such as Python, SQL, VBA, and Power Automate.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control and audit practices by analyzing data to identify relevant trends or anomalies.
3. Assist in the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for internal controllers and auditors.
4. Participate in daily project management, including planning and progress tracking using tools like JIRA.
5. Prepare communication materials for project meetings, including PowerPoint slides, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
6. Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders involved in internal audit missions and the Internal Control community.
7. Participate in the preparation of internal audit missions, including data extraction from SAP and integration into Power BI reports.
8. Control data consistency and support auditors in understanding data.
9. Participate in audit testing and share conclusions with stakeholders.
10. Contribute to the drafting of audit reports.
11. Prepare IT audit work, including document requests, test sheet preparation, and document analysis.
12. Collect, analyze, and interpret data, conduct sampling and testing, and contribute to audit report drafting.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or a program in computer science or MIAGE.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA.
2. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
3. Knowledge of information systems, with SAP being a plus.
4. Attention to detail, agility, service orientation, and curiosity.
5. Team spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
6. Familiarity with internal control and audit principles is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 level education.

The position offers a 75% reimbursement of transportation costs, a meal voucher card at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
