- Prepare and process customer purchase orders for finished goods and POSM, ensuring alignment with market forecasts and inventory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply and pricing issues, ensuring accurate sales prices and adherence to order processing guidelines in SAP.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to address logistics operations and delivery planning, ensuring timely creation of Post Goods Issues (PGI) and invoices.
- Update customers on delivery processes and expected arrival dates, ensuring all orders are delivered with clean Proofs of Deliveries (PODs).
- Plan and optimize transport and freight to meet delivery timelines while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Coordinate with local parties to ensure smooth documentation and operations, monitoring workflow progress and liaising with internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and supply chain practices, continuously analyzing and proposing improvements to current processes.
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service within complex, multicultural business environments.
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software, MS Office, and ERP Software (SD/MM/SAP) is desirable.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding transportation and foreign trade compliance.
- Experience in the Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customer service roles.
