Moët Hennessy Customer Service Specialist

- Accurately enter customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Verify stock availability, SKU codes, and quantities, proposing substitutions when necessary.
- Confirm delivery details with customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate any delays or discrepancies in deliveries.
- Escalate issues to Sales Managers when required.
- Promptly register, investigate, and process customer claims.
- Consolidate and manage monthly POSM orders, maintaining accurate tracking records.
- Monitor POSM stock levels and inform Marketing of low inventory.
- Compile and communicate brand accolades to customers and trade partners.
- Gather and manage logistic information for new products, ensuring compliance and documentation.
- Liaise with facility and service providers to maintain office conditions.
- Support company events and manage office supplies and equipment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support.
- Experience in FMCG, wines & spirits, or logistics is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Structured and organized work style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in customer service, order management, or supply chain support, preferably within the FMCG, wines & spirits, or logistics sectors.
