Moët Hennessy Customer Service Manager

- Manage EDI and manual order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing, quotas, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve blocked orders and oversee delivery and invoicing processes.
- Proactively communicate discrepancies to clients and sales teams.
- Handle promotional operations and maintain client and prospect information in SAP.
- Manage gift orders and ensure their accurate processing and invoicing.
- Address product returns, logistical disputes, and financial discrepancies, collaborating with clients and accounting.
- Analyze and negotiate client penalties, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to monthly and annual closures by updating dispute and penalty reports.
- Participate in special projects, including client incident analysis, stock movement studies, and client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or sales administration, with autonomy in the role.
- Experience in handling disputes and penalties within the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and office software, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, sales, logistics, and finance teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service or sales administration, ideally within the FMCG sector, with a focus on dispute and penalty management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
