1. Manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
2. Handle various customer requests via Sales Force or telephone, including account creation and modifications.
3. Provide support to the sales team and clients by addressing order anomalies and identifying solutions.
4. Act as the primary contact for transporters to oversee deliveries and resolve transport disputes.
5. Manage additional disputes such as credit notes and re-invoicing.
6. Contribute to the deployment of customer service transformation projects.
7. Participate in KPI analysis and contribute to achieving objectives.
8. Provide backup for team members during peak periods or absences.
9. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and clients regarding specific dossiers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system.
3. Familiarity with Sales Force is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.

3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

A minimum of three years in a similar position, with experience in SAP or another ERP system. Familiarity with Sales Force is considered a plus.
