- Manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Handle diverse customer requests via Salesforce or telephone, including account creation and modifications.
- Provide support to the sales force and clients by identifying and resolving order anomalies.
- Act as the primary contact for transporters to oversee deliveries and resolve transport disputes.
- Manage other disputes such as credit notes and re-invoicing.
- Contribute to the deployment of customer service transformation projects.
- Participate in KPI analysis and contribute to achieving objectives.
- Provide backup support to team members during peak periods or absences.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments such as marketing, sales, and logistics, and external clients regarding assigned dossiers.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Strong adaptability to handle diverse situations.
- Flexibility, agility in thought, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar customer service role, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP.
