1. Process orders for BeNeLux market customers, ensuring stock availability and SKU accuracy, and confirm delivery details with customers and sales representatives.
2. Coordinate with customers, transportation partners, 3PL warehouse teams, and internal teams to ensure timely and complete shipments.
3. Communicate promptly with Sales Managers regarding any customer or shipment issues.
4. Act as the primary contact for resolving customer claims related to supply chain issues, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
5. Document and formalize customer service and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and knowledge transfer.
6. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and seeking optimization opportunities.
7. Oversee return procedures, coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
8. Consolidate and track monthly POSM orders, manage stock levels, and report discrepancies.
9. Coordinate product information management, ensuring timely completion of logistical information and compliance with standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record in driving process improvements in supply chain operations.
5. Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software.
6. Legal right to work in the Netherlands.
