- Process orders for BeNeLux market customers, ensuring stock availability and SKU accuracy, and confirm delivery details with customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate with customers, transportation partners, 3PL warehouse teams, and internal teams to ensure timely and complete shipments.
- Communicate promptly with Sales Managers regarding any customer or shipment issues.
- Act as the primary contact for resolving customer claims related to supply chain issues, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Document and formalize customer service and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and knowledge transfer.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and seeking optimization opportunities.
- Oversee return procedures, coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
- Consolidate and track monthly POSM orders, manage stock levels, and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate product information management, ensuring timely completion of logistical information and compliance with standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements in supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software.
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands.
