- Lead the implementation and execution of activations in the On-Premise channel across the Moët Hennessy portfolio, ensuring alignment with sales teams and adherence to budget and targets.
- Drive profitability through BTL investments, enhancing volume growth and meeting bottom-line objectives for flagship accounts.
- Assist brand teams in developing and executing Plug and Play programs to maximize channel reach and business value.
- Coordinate with brand teams to secure merchandise and creative assets for activation campaigns and customer marketing needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver timely and complete activations for Imagery customers.
- Support customer conferences, trade shows, and tastings as necessary.
- Plan, deploy, and measure off-trade VAPs, new innovations, and GWPs.
- Build strong relationships with the Moët Hennessy sales team to translate core brand strategies into effective activation solutions.
- Provide detailed analysis and regular reporting on channel activation initiatives and brand activation programs to manage ROI.
- Lead execution agencies to ensure excellence in ground-level activations.
- Manage activation campaign budgets, keeping customer teams informed of performance tracking and maintaining strong A&P tracking methods.
- Challenge activation program expenditures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in reaching defined goals and measurement criteria.
- Manage third-party agencies to deliver superior execution and represent the brand in line with global guidelines and luxury positioning.
- Assist the Marketing Team in preparing and implementing Brand Plans and Maison Business Reviews where channel activity and investment are required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of customer marketing experience, with exposure to key accounts and retail sales in the luxury sector.
- Experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods company.
- Appreciation and experience in the luxury goods market.
- Understanding of the wine and spirit market is preferable.

- Strong planning, implementation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Effective networking, influencing, and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in customer marketing, particularly in luxury sales and below-the-line execution.
Marketing Degree or Business Degree with a Marketing elective.
