- Assist the Customer Marketing Manager in developing annual commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely execution of trade and market activations, collaborating with Brand Marketing teams and managing POSM stock and distribution.
- Collaborate with Brand and Sales teams to execute brand strategy at the trade level, including pricing, promotion, and category management.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to derive insights and propose actionable business recommendations.
- Work with agencies to develop POSM and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Manage in-store sampling activities, including contract and budget management, promoter management, and post-activity evaluation.
- Relevant experience in Customer Marketing within complex and multicultural business environments.
- Industry experience in FMCG, Consumer, Hospitality, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and data analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and other languages is a plus.
Beginner level experience in customer marketing within complex organizational settings.
