1. Ensure the proper application of customer data management procedures.
2. Monitor and update customer status (active/inactive).
3. Centralize and manage customer documentation (e.g., Kbis, RIB).
4. Create and modify customer records in compliance with internal procedures.
5. Support new users in managing the customer database.
6. Update and ensure the reliability of customer hierarchy in SAP, in collaboration with sales and customer accounting teams.
7. Ensure consistency and currency of customer hierarchies.
8. Identify and implement queries to ensure data consistency.
9. Monitor and analyze KPIs to manage activity and data volume.
10. Develop tools and resources (procedures, tutorials, etc.) to enhance process efficiency.

1. Advanced degree, preferably in information systems, data management, or supply chain.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Comfortable navigating and using data management tools such as SAP and Salesforce.
3. Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
4. Excellent adaptability.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Advanced degree in a related field.
