- Develop key platforms for priority brands, focusing on brand visibility, consumer engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with brands to identify primary platforms and create concepts for market implementation.
- Formulate and refine activation strategies for State On-Premise Customers across the MH portfolio.
- Work with the Sales team on Joint-Business planning and ensure alignment with customer action plans.
- Execute on-premise activations aligned with strategy and KPIs.
- Enhance the commercial relevance of key platform programs with brand teams.
- Manage all Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) initiatives for on-premise programs.
- Coordinate with brand teams to acquire POSM and creative assets for campaigns.
- Oversee customer relationships with key stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
- Deliver analysis and reports on activation initiatives to manage ROI.
- Manage budgets for activation campaigns and provide performance updates.
- Oversee third-party agencies to ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines.
- University degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience in the premium liquor industry.
- Proven track record of successful activations in On-Premise environments.
- Deep understanding of liquor and the Australian wine and spirits industry.
- Proficiency in planning, implementing, presenting, and negotiating.
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to changing market trends.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Project management skills including timelines and stakeholder management.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the premium liquor industry, with a focus on on-premise activations.
University degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent field.
