- Cultivate and maintain strategic business relationships with cruise line partners.
- Ensure the visibility, brand presentation, and program execution of the Moët Hennessy portfolio onboard cruise lines.
- Monitor sales performance and depletions, proposing and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes.
- Develop incentive programs to drive consumer consumption.
- Conduct competitive analysis at points of sale.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Moët Hennessy in cruise line engagements.
- Report insights and findings to the Travel Retail team and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Design and deliver training programs for cruise staff, enhancing product knowledge and service excellence.
- Lead brand initiatives such as private sales, dinners, tastings, and consumer engagement events.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience, preferably in on-trade, cruise lines, or national accounts.
- Experience in the wines and spirits industry is essential.
- Demonstrated success in business growth and development.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
- Experience in multicultural environments.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury standards.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience, with a preference for experience in on-trade, cruise lines, or national accounts. A background in wines and spirits is essential.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
