Moët Hennessy Credit Manager

- Manage and lead a team of Credit Analysts to ensure optimal client account management, preserving margins and optimizing working capital requirements.
- Implement and oversee the credit policy in collaboration with the Financial and Commercial Directors, developing strategies to achieve budgetary goals for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Train, develop, manage, and evaluate team members, ensuring motivation and effectiveness.
- Support Credit Analysts in implementing risk management measures.
- Define performance indicators for team members and ensure achievement of results.
- Balance commercial opportunities with financial risk management and payment term optimization, leading negotiations and making credit decisions.
- Develop synergies with the Sales Force for risk prevention and recovery actions, collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor performance indicators related to payment term management and digital payment development.
- Lead monthly Credit Committees and track action plans.
- Analyze credit risks and prepare decision-making materials for treasury advances within commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with credit insurance contracts and maintain optimal client account coverage.
- Define the DSO budget, monitor performance, and provide monthly shareholder reporting.
- Manage client risk provisioning and participate in monthly closing processes.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of credit procedures and internal controls.
- Implement and optimize business tools and processes.
- Lead cross-functional project management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners, monitoring their performance.
- Degree from a Business School, Master's in Finance, or DSCG.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in distribution.
- Strong negotiation skills for complex case management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite teams.
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, analytical, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and ideally Power BI.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within the distribution sector.
Business School degree, Master's in Finance, or DSCG.
