Moët Hennessy Credit Management Accountant

- Conduct proactive credit management, including credit assessments, setting and monitoring credit limits, managing credit insurance, and developing risk analyses with action plans.
- Perform debtor analysis, manage dunning processes, resolve customer inquiries in collaboration with sales and other stakeholders, and handle payment postings, invoicing, and credit notes.
- Oversee and process outstanding receivables, manage collection cases with external partners, and generate relevant reports.
- Enhance efficiency and minimize risks through process automation and digitization within the credit management domain.
- Participate in SAP finance projects and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact for both internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in accounting rules and processes through financial or accounting education (completed commercial training or a degree).
- Professional experience in credit management and accounts receivable.
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
- Strong interest in modern, digital financial processes and experience with data structures and analytical tools.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous but not required.
- Strong data and numerical aptitude with quick comprehension of relationships and processes.
- Ability to develop solutions beyond the status quo.
- Affinity for data analysis and process optimization, with an interest in new technologies and AI tools in finance.
- Excellent communication skills, high customer orientation, and strong assertiveness.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and reliability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management and accounts receivable.
Completed commercial training or a degree in finance or accounting.
