1. Conduct proactive credit management, including credit assessments, setting and monitoring credit limits, managing credit insurance, and developing risk analyses with action plans.
2. Perform debtor analysis, manage dunning processes, resolve customer inquiries in collaboration with sales and other stakeholders, and handle payment postings, invoicing, and credit notes.
3. Oversee and process outstanding receivables, manage collection cases with external partners, and generate relevant reports.
4. Enhance efficiency and minimize risks through process automation and digitization within the credit management domain.
5. Participate in SAP finance projects and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Serve as a knowledgeable contact for both internal and external partners.

1. Proficiency in accounting rules and processes through financial or accounting education (completed commercial training or a degree).
2. Professional experience in credit management and accounts receivable.
3. Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
5. Strong interest in modern, digital financial processes and experience with data structures and analytical tools.
6. Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous but not required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management and accounts receivable.

Completed commercial training or a degree in finance or accounting.
