- Propose and implement solutions to manage financial risks and minimize losses within the client portfolio.
- Support the sales force in revenue growth across distribution channels.
- Ensure timely collection of client receivables to optimize cash flow.
- Analyze financial and commercial data to assess client solvency.
- Define and regularly review credit limits.
- Negotiate payment terms with clients.
- Utilize SAP and AI tools for automated order management based on historical analysis.
- Prepare credit committee arbitration dossiers.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to balance risk and sales opportunities.
- Conduct targeted and prioritized follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Manage incidents and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare and forward pre-litigation files to external service providers.
- Provide monthly reporting on doubtful debts and manage credit insurance declarations.
- Oversee administrative management of contentious files and follow insurance indemnifications.
- Participate in digitalization and optimization projects using AI integrated with SAP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, risk management, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in credit analysis or financial risk management in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of solvency mechanisms, client portfolio management, and balance sheet analysis.
- Negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to arbitrate and assert positions.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP), Excel, and financial databases.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit.
A minimum of 5 years in credit analysis or financial risk management, preferably in a B2B setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, risk management, or equivalent.
