Moët Hennessy Corporate Sales Intern

- Support the Corporate Sales Manager in achieving budgeted sales revenue and volumes.
- Handle commercial and administrative queries from clients and corporate team members promptly.
- Provide event and marketing support for internal, external, and activation events.
- Manage and develop the corporate and client database.
- Champion the Team Aspire initiatives.
- Conduct sales account management, generation, and prospecting.
- Coordinate brand presence and communication at corporate client partner events.
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely delivery of stock and materials.
- Assist in running events, including occasional out-of-hours and weekend commitments.
- Own the corporate services marketing strategy to external clients.
- Assist clients throughout their purchasing experience with Moët Hennessy.
- Support account creation, credit terms, and follow-up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly corporate team reports.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and manage direct account orders.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for individual brands and the MH portfolio.
- Create and host selling events such as tastings and brand experiences.
- Maintain an active contact network with corporate clients.
- Provide adhoc support for departmental tasks and opportunities.
- At least 1 year of office experience, including data entry and administrative processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Operational experience in managing events or similar activities is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
- Resilience and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for representing luxury brands.
- Ability to assertively manage stakeholders and handle time pressure.
- Interest and knowledge of wines and spirits is beneficial.
Beginner level with at least 1 year of office experience.
