- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor communications, and best practices to inform communication strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Support the development of various communication materials, including internal announcements, website updates, audio-visual materials, social media content, and presentations.
- Contribute to organizing and ideating initiatives that foster employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging across the organization, such as intranet content management and internal newsletters.
- Provide logistical and communications support for corporate events, including town halls and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies on the development of visual concepts and design collateral.
- Undergraduate with a background in communication, marketing, business, or similar fields.
- Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Video Editing.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for undergraduates or recent graduates.
Undergraduate in communication, marketing, business, or a related field.
