- Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial and operational data.
- Collaborate in the preparation of periodic performance reports, including monthly and quarterly assessments.
- Support variance analysis between actual and budgeted results.
- Document existing financial and controlling processes and identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements under supervision.
- Perform administrative and support tasks for the Controlling team as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis and presentation.
- Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with data and a keen attention to detail.
Beginner level experience in financial analysis or related fields is required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
