1. Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial and operational data.
2. Collaborate in the preparation of periodic performance reports, including monthly and quarterly assessments.
3. Support variance analysis between actual and budgeted results.
4. Document existing financial and controlling processes and identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements under supervision.
5. Perform administrative and support tasks for the Controlling team as needed.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
7. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis and presentation.

1. Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

1. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas.
2. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to work with data and a keen attention to detail.

Beginner level experience in financial analysis or related fields is required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
