- Manage digital projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including LINE and EDM communications, e-business development, and agency relations.
- Oversee daily operations and sales of the direct-to-consumer store, enhancing consumer communication to boost sales.
- Plan and execute online promotions to increase sales across channels.
- Conduct research and gather consumer insight data, focusing on engagement, social listening, and digital marketing performance.
- Develop and share consumer analytics reports internally, working with the E-Business & Consumer Engagement Director to establish KPIs.
- Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management and consumer insight data analytics or business planning and performance data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of digital market trends.
- Experience in EC store and LINE official account management.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics and consumer insight analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consumer insight data analytics, or business planning and performance data analytics.
