Responsibilities
- Coordinate consumer-driven digital marketing activities.
- Organize and analyze consumer data to drive brand image, equity, and profitability.
- Manage D2C store operation and promotion.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage digital projects.
- Manage LINE communication and EDM communication with local marketing teams.
- Improve and streamline CRM activities.
- Manage daily operations and sales of the own store.
- Lead consumer communication to boost official store sales.
- Plan and execute online promotions.
- Research and analyze consumer insight data.
- Create consumer analytics reports and share internally.
- Develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English; French is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management and consumer insight data analytics.
- Deep understanding of digital market trends.
- Experience in EC store management and LINE official account management.
- Experience in ad agencies or research companies is a plus.
- Experience in food and wine industry is a plus.
- Relevant industry experience in E-commerce, wireless/telco, retail, financial services, media/publishing, and technology is a plus.
