- Design and implement a global consumer engagement framework for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audiences.
- Develop and execute the Brand's OESP Model to drive recruitment and evaluate success across digital platforms.
- Lead digital marketing strategies from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Create comprehensive launch toolkits including messaging, media assets, and influencer guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative and agency teams for brand and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across decentralized organizations to effectively localize the Maison strategy.
- Coordinate consumer ecosystem across Media, PR, Social, Influencer, Experiential, and Trade Marketing.
- Develop strategic partnerships and implement impactful marketing programs to enhance global growth and awareness.
- Lead content planning in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Analyze market and consumer opportunities to build revenue-driving campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years in consumer engagement strategy for brand building.
- At least 5 years of experience with media/partnership platforms and agencies.
- Luxury consumer goods or wine and spirits industry experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing.
- Ability to present and communicate insights at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
- Critical thinking and understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Budget management expertise.
Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer engagement strategy, with at least 5 years in media/partnership platforms and agencies.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $161,000 annually.
