- Develop and implement a comprehensive global consumer engagement framework for brand campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimization across various platforms.
- Design and execute the Brand’s OESP Model to enhance recruitment and evaluate success within the digital ecosystem.
- Oversee the creation of launch toolkits, including messaging, media assets, and influencer guidelines.
- Coordinate with creative and agency teams for brand and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across decentralized organizations to maintain alignment with Maison strategy.
- Cultivate strategic external partnerships to drive global growth and brand awareness.
- Lead content planning in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Analyze market and consumer opportunities to develop revenue-driving campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years in consumer engagement strategy for brand building.
- At least 5 years of experience with media platforms and agencies, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Expertise in marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing.
- Experience in the luxury consumer goods or wine and spirits industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
- Critical thinking and understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Ability to communicate effectively at a senior level.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years in consumer engagement strategy, with at least 5 years in media and partnership platforms.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $161,000 annually.
