1. Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) programme across the Wines & Spirits division, aligning local operations with international regulations (e.g. Sapin II, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, sanctions, AML).
2. Coordinate and animate the network of 40+ E&C correspondents: organise quarterly committee meetings, prepare presentation materials, distribute reporting and respond to local requests.
3. Manage Third Party Due Diligence requests for clients, suppliers and donation beneficiaries, ensuring timely assessment and documentation.
4. Contribute to the design and production of compliance training and communication materials (anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, vigilance duties) and assist with delivery of sessions.
5. Maintain and update the Compliance intranet page and internal communications to promote programme adoption.
6. Prepare, monitor and update KPIs (gifts & hospitality, conflicts of interest, training) and produce data analysis and reports to evaluate process effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a grande école (business or engineering) or in a Master's programme (Master 2 / Bac+5) with a specialisation in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance / Internal Control or a related discipline.
2. Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in compliance and regulatory frameworks, notably Sapin II.
3. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
4. High level of discretion, integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Entry-level — no extensive professional experience required; prior internships or short placements in compliance, legal, audit or risk management are a plus.

Enrolled in a grande école or university Master's programme (Master 2 / Bac+5) in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance/Internal Control, Law or a closely related field.

75% reimbursement of public transport pass; 50% contribution to meal vouchers (Titre Restaurant); up to 2 days teleworking per week.
