- Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) programme across the Wines & Spirits division, aligning local operations with international regulations (e.g. Sapin II, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, sanctions, AML).
- Coordinate and animate the network of 40+ E&C correspondents: organise quarterly committee meetings, prepare presentation materials, distribute reporting and respond to local requests.
- Manage Third Party Due Diligence requests for clients, suppliers and donation beneficiaries, ensuring timely assessment and documentation.
- Contribute to the design and production of compliance training and communication materials (anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, vigilance duties) and assist with delivery of sessions.
- Maintain and update the Compliance intranet page and internal communications to promote programme adoption.
- Prepare, monitor and update KPIs (gifts & hospitality, conflicts of interest, training) and produce data analysis and reports to evaluate process effectiveness.
- Currently enrolled in a grande école (business or engineering) or in a Master's programme (Master 2 / Bac+5) with a specialisation in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance / Internal Control or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in compliance and regulatory frameworks, notably Sapin II.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of discretion, integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Entry-level — no extensive professional experience required; prior internships or short placements in compliance, legal, audit or risk management are a plus.
Enrolled in a grande école or university Master's programme (Master 2 / Bac+5) in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance/Internal Control, Law or a closely related field.
