- Serve as the local expert on brand labeling and packaging compliance for Moët Hennessy USA.
- Oversee label review, COLA submission, and filing with the TTB, including formula and COLA waivers.
- Manage state filings, registrations, renewals, and distributor assignments.
- Coordinate compliance document requests from Global Maisons and Brand Teams.
- Monitor and assess regulatory and policy developments in the USA, collaborating with Public Affairs.
- Implement new regulatory requirements and improve communication of compliance documents.
- Ensure accurate and accessible compliance data collection and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and vendors for complex compliance issues.
- Educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements and maintain compliance manuals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
- Oversee performance and development of Compliance Analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of the three-tier system at both federal and state levels.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Project implementation skills.
- Adaptability to changing parameters with professionalism.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compliance, logistics, supply chain, or operations within the U.S. wines and spirits industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
