- Provide operational support for the deployment of the Ethics & Compliance program, focusing on anti-corruption initiatives in compliance with regulations such as Sapin II, FCPA, and the UK Bribery Act.
- Conduct due diligence on third-party partners, including clients and suppliers, as requested by various departments.
- Develop internal training offerings related to Ethics & Compliance, covering topics such as anti-corruption, international sanctions, supply chain risks, and anti-money laundering.
- Facilitate the E&C network through quarterly committees, thematic work sessions, and online forums.
- Support the digitalization of compliance processes, maintaining regular communication with third-party compliance solution providers.
- Adapt and implement action plans for the Duty of Vigilance, focusing on human rights and fundamental freedoms across Moët Hennessy's value chain.
- Assess and propose improvements for existing risk prevention and mitigation measures, ensuring their integration into the Risk Mapping framework.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement mitigation measures and propose additional actions to address identified risks.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in international law, human rights, compliance, economics, or political science.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Interest in corporate compliance issues, including anti-corruption and business ethics, as well as Duty of Vigilance.

Compensation ranges from €1,400 to €1,600 per month, depending on educational level.
