1. Support the deployment of the Compliance program and participate in various compliance projects related to national and international regulations.
2. Engage with different departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Internal Control, acting as a regular point of contact for over 40 Compliance correspondents.
3. Assist in the organization and preparation of quarterly compliance committees, including meeting arrangements and presentation preparation.
4. Provide operational support to Compliance correspondents, including regular updates and information requests.
5. Manage Third Party Due Diligence requests and assist in negotiating the Supplier Code of Conduct.
6. Contribute to the creation of educational and creative compliance training materials and sessions.
7. Update and manage the Compliance intranet page and performance indicators.
8. Support the digitalization of certain Compliance processes and assist in updating the corruption risk map.

1. Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2 / Bac+5) with a specialization in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance/Internal Control, or a similar field.
2. Interest in anti-corruption regulations such as Sapin II and other Compliance areas like international sanctions and duty of care.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
3. Curiosity, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Adaptability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Interest in digitalization and confidentiality awareness.

Beginner level experience in a related field, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
