Moët Hennessy Compliance and Data Protection Intern

- Support the deployment of the Compliance program and participate in various compliance projects related to national and international regulations.
- Provide operational support for ongoing and future projects, aligned with the intern's training and interests.
- Engage with various departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Internal Control) and act as a regular contact for the network of over 40 Compliance correspondents.
- Contribute to Data Protection/Privacy initiatives as part of the Compliance team.
- Organize and prepare quarterly Compliance committees, including meeting organization and presentation preparation.
- Support Third Party Due Diligence processes, including client and supplier evaluations.
- Assist in creating educational and creative training content for Compliance communication.
- Update the Compliance intranet page and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Aid in the digitalization of Compliance processes and update the corruption risk map.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2 / Bac+5) with a specialization in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance/Internal Control, or a related field.
- Interest in anti-corruption regulations such as Sapin II and other Compliance areas like international sanctions and duty of care.
- Proficiency in standard office software (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Curiosity, rigor, analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in digitalization and proficiency in digital tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Beginner level experience in a related field.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
