- Manage compensation and benefits programs for Japan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and local regulations.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management.
- Conduct regular reviews, analyses, and budgeting to ensure alignment with business strategies and compensation philosophy.
- Partner with market HR teams and leadership to identify risks, areas for improvement, and develop enhancement plans related to rewards.
- Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, medical coverage, and insurance, in partnership with the Group C&B team.
- Participate in market surveys and inter-group benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement in rewards and benefits.
- Advise Market HR teams on remuneration packages for leadership groups, high-remuneration hires, and international mobility issues.
- Support international mobility programs by developing mobility packages that align with Group policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as an advisory partner to the HR community and business leadership on total rewards matters.
- Lead regional C&B projects and initiatives to strengthen processes and policies.
- 10+ years of solid experience in Compensation, Benefits, and international mobility management.
- Experience in multinational organizations or HR consulting firms.
- Experience leading regional projects, process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages.
- Data-driven and solutions-oriented mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office, Excel, HRIS, and data analytical tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and agility in a cross-functional, multi-layered business environment.
- Sales Incentive Scheme design and/or implementation experience.
Minimum of 10 years in Compensation, Benefits, and international mobility management, with experience in multinational organizations or HR consulting firms.
