1. Assist in identifying and analyzing UX issues within HR systems to improve usability.
2. Contribute to the design of visually appealing and on-brand templates and graphics.
3. Participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
4. Support the development of engaging communication materials, including videos and presentations.
5. Assist with managing design project timelines and coordinating tasks under supervision.
6. Collaborate with external agencies on the development of visual concepts and design collateral.
7. Develop and refine design elements such as illustrations and logos.

1. Undergraduate with a background in communication and design.
2. Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and efficiently organize time, projects, and processes.
5. Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Ability to conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
4. Creative design and visual communication skills.
