- Support the implementation and monitoring of media, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Provide recommendations and manage operational aspects of influence strategies, including target definition and activation proposals.
- Monitor outcomes, prepare reports, and conduct competitive analysis.
- Coordinate brand activations such as dinners, product presentations, and trips, ensuring flawless operational and logistical management.
- Participate in the conceptualization and execution of bespoke 360° experiences.
- Manage partnership requests and engagements, especially during Fashion Week.
- Oversee stock management and product orders.
- Contribute to the drafting and creation of communication materials including presentations, press releases, and invitations.
- Manage and track multi-brand tools, press coverage, visits, interviews, visuals, and dispatches.
- Coordinate and propose internal communication and CRM planning.
- Coordinate email dispatches with internal teams and format content for distribution.
- Create, distribute, and analyze newsletters via Salesforce.
- Manage internal communication newsletters.
- Oversee and track budgets, manage supplier creation, and handle purchase orders.
- Enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a communication or business school.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic, proactive, creative, and resourceful.
- Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with tools like Photoshop/InDesign and Salesforce.
- Strong affinity for media, both print and online, and a deep understanding of digital, social, and influencer environments.
- Interest in the wines and spirits sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role, either through an internship or apprenticeship.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or business, in the 4th or 5th year.
