- Collaborate closely with the sales, controlling, supply chain, and marketing departments.
- Manage and allocate financial budgets across sales channels.
- Analyze and report on risks and opportunities between sales requirements and financial goals.
- Enhance transparency in sales and procurement planning through comprehensive analyses and reports.
- Develop and optimize tools to simplify business processes, including technical enhancements.
- Rebalance forecasts and quantity requirements across all sales channels, considering product profitability.
- Provide early warnings in case of planning deviations compared to initial forecasts.
- Update and improve reports and analyses for stakeholders.
- Prepare sales allocations by sales channel.
- Master the Sales Allocation Management tool.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or gap year in a business-related field.
- Previous experience in business analysis, corporate controlling, or allocation management.
- Analytical and holistic thinking.
- Strong commitment to results and continuous improvement.
- Interest in information systems and technologies, with knowledge of SAP and other business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills in cross-functional teams and multicultural business environments.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Efficient team player.
