- Collaborate closely with Sales, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Marketing departments.
- Manage and allocate financial budgets across sales channels.
- Analyze and report risks and opportunities between sales demands and financial objectives.
- Enhance transparency in sales and procurement planning through comprehensive analyses and reports.
- Develop tools to simplify business processes, including technical enhancements.
- Rebalance forecasts and quantity requirements across sales channels, considering product profitability.
- Provide early warnings in case of planning deviations compared to original forecasts, by sales channel, planning account, and planning area.
- Update and improve reports and analyses for stakeholders.
- Develop sales allocations by sales channels.
- Master the Sales Allocation Management tool.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Gap Year program in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in business analysis, corporate controlling, or allocation management.
- Analytical and holistic thinking.
- Strong commitment to results and continuous improvement.
- Interest in information systems and technologies, with knowledge of SAP and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and in a multicultural business environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Efficient team player.
Beginner level experience in business analysis, corporate controlling, or allocation management is required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
