- Lead the annual commercial planning cycle, ensuring alignment between Commercial Sales Planning and Customer Marketing teams.
- Translate each Maison's brand plan into actionable sales plans for On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.
- Efficiently allocate sales activity resources and track performance across channels.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Aspire and Power BI to monitor sales performance and generate insights.
- Develop and deploy sales proposals and activation tools to achieve channel-specific sales objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and desirability in key accounts and events.
- Build and nurture trade relations, enhancing partner engagement and communication programs.
- Conduct reviews of sales activities, sharing insights with the Marketing team for continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the luxury or FMCG sectors.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in brand and sales planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in project management and sales systems implementation.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
Minimum of 10 years in marketing and sales, with a focus on luxury or FMCG sectors, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
