- Develop and implement strategic medium to long-term commercial plans, brand plans, and financial budgets for all channels in Korea.
- Create consumer demand and provide tailored business advice to meet consumer needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, sales channels, and Route-To-Market strategies.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to measure business metrics and sales team performance.
- Lead customer marketing and collaborate with brand marketing for effective channel and brand activations.
- Monitor profit, margin, pricing, and other business metrics in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Enhance sales efficiency by strengthening commercial team capabilities and designing optimal organizational structures.
- Instill a customer-focused mindset in the team to offer creative and customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and local regulations.
- Develop e-business strategies to achieve brand communication and commercial objectives.
- Manage strategic promotional activations and develop initiatives aligned with brand strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales and commercial leadership experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven capability in leading sizable teams and transforming commercial organizations.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and P&L management skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competition.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility.
- Proficiency in building trusted business relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Fluent in English and Korean with local market experience.
