- Develop and implement strategic medium to long-term commercial plans, brand strategies, and financial budgets for all channels in Korea.
- Create consumer demand by offering bespoke business advice tailored to consumer needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, sales channels, and Route-To-Market strategies to drive growth.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to measure business metrics and sales team performance.
- Lead customer marketing initiatives and collaborate with brand marketing to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor profit, margin, pricing, and other business metrics in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Enhance sales efficiency by strengthening commercial team capabilities and optimizing organizational structure.
- Foster a customer-focused mindset within the team to deliver creative and customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and local regulations.
- Develop e-business strategies to achieve brand communication and commercial objectives.
- Manage strategic promotional activations and develop initiatives aligned with brand strategies.
- Relevant sales and commercial leadership experience in complex, multicultural environments.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer, or luxury goods industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of business achievement and team leadership.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competition.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and enhance team agility.
